For many years I have worked for other companies that offer tree surgery. In this time I have gained a lot of experience in not only the work itself but also from their successes and also there failures. With this knowledge I felt ready to start a business of my own and I opened Big Heart Tree Care. I decided to keep my company small and simple as I found bigger companies often became unorganised which lead to unsatisfied customers. I would like to offer all my customers a more individual service, as a garden is a sanctuary to a lot of people. In the tree surgery industry, each surgeon has their own style of tree care. Some take great care to cut, trim and tidy to the best standard, where as are not as sympathetic and leave a mess. My promise is to take time and care in every job I do, after all a good job means a happy customer.
